After uploading the pdf into google drive, click the three dots in the upper right hand corner (or right-click on the pdf document) and select 'Share'. Copy the shareable link and open a new tab. Paste the link in the new tab to open the pdf again (this time as it's own separate file and not just a Google Drive preview). Now click the three dots in the upper right hand corner again. This time there should be an option to embed. Copy that bit of code. Then go to your Blogger entry and switch from 'Compose' to 'HTML'. Paste the code in there. I changed the width to 560 to make it fit a little better in my blog format.
